【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthecategoriesofflammablematerialswhichareprohibitedinalltoys,andrequirementsconcerningflammabilityofcertaintoyswhentheyaresubjectedtoasmallsourceofignition.ThetestmethodsdescribedinClause5areusedforthepurposesofdeterminingtheflammabilityoftoysundertheparticulartestconditionsspecified.Thetestresultsthusobtainedcannotbeconsideredasprovidinganoverallindicationofthepotentialfirehazardoftoysormaterialswhensubjectedtoothersourcesofignition.ThisEuropeanStandardincludesgeneralrequirementsrelatingtoalltoysandspecificrequirementsandmethodsoftestrelatingtothefollowingtoys,whichareconsideredasbeingthosepresentingthegreatesthazard:?toystobewornonthehead:beards,moustaches,wigs,etc.madefromhair,pileormaterialwithsimilarfeatures;masks;hoods,head-dresses,etc.;flowingelementsoftoystobewornonthehead,butexcludingpapernoveltyhatsofthetypeusuallysuppliedinpartycrackers;?toydisguisecostumesandtoysintendedtobewornbyachildinplay;?toysintendedtobeenteredbyachild;?soft-filledtoys.NOTEAdditionalrequirementsforflammabilityofelectrictoysarespecifiedinEN62115.
