【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardgivescompletegeneralanddimensionalspecificationsforfour-screw,one-piecesquare-flangeconnectionsforuseatpressuresof25MPaand40MPa(250barand400bar).Forflangeconnections,adesignfactorof2,5isvalid,notincludingweldjoints,forwhichspecialin-structionsexist.ThisInternationalStandardalsospecifiesthedimen-sionsofthesealstobeused,aswellasthegroovestohousetheseals.Theseconnectionsareintendedforapplicationinhy-draulicsystems,onindustrialandcommercialprod-ucts,whereitisdesiredtoavoidtheuseofthreadedconnections.Surgesofpressurehigherthanthenominalratingswillreducetheabilityoftheflangeconnectionstore-tainthehydraulicfluidandthisshouldbetakenintoaccountinthedesignofthehydraulicsystem.note:1)1bar=0,1MPa=10Pa;1Pa=1N/m
