【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesthesafetyrequirementsforfloatingcranesincludingtheirsupportingpedestalsorstructures.Thisdocumentappliestocranesmanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthisdocument.Thisdocumentdoesnotcover:a)fabrication,assembly,dismantlingorchangingtheconfigurationofthecrane;b)liftingaccessories,i.e.anyitembetweenthehookandtheload;c)designtemperaturebelow-20℃;d)operationsatanambienttemperatureabove50℃;e)cranescoveredbytheMachineryDirective.Thesignificanthazardscoveredbythisdocumentareidentifiedinclause4.Thisdocumentincludesrequirementsforliftingofpersons.Theuseofcranesforliftingofpersonsmaybesubjecttospecificnationalregulations.WhereNationalAuthoritiespermittheuseofafloatingcranefortheliftingofpersons,thecranewouldatleastneedtofulfiltherequirementsofthisstandardandbeadoptedinaccordancewiththerelevantNationalregulationsfortheliftingofpersons.
