【摘要】:ThisPartofthisEuropeanStandardappliestoallwater-tubeboilersasdefinedinEN12952-1whichareheatedbycombustionofoneormorefuelsorbyhotgasesforthegenerationofsteamand/orhotwater.ThisPartofthisEuropeanStandardappliestothosecomponentsbetweenthefeedwaterinletandthesteamoutletofthesteamgenerator.Thequalityofthesteamproducedisoutsidethescopeofthisstandard.ThisPartofthisEuropeanStandardaimstoensurethattheboilerisabletobeoperatedtominimizerisktopersonnel,theboilerandassociatedplantcomponentslocatednearit.NOTE1ThispartofthisEuropeanStandarddoesnotaimtoachieveoptimumeconomicoperation.Forcertainpurposes,itwillbemoreappropriatetooptimizethechemicalcharacteristicsinorderto:—increasethethermalefficiency;—increasetheavailabilityandreliabilityoftheplant;—increasesteampurity;—reducethemaintenancecosts-repair,chemicalcleaning,etc.ThisPartofthisEuropeanStandardsetsoutminimumrequirementsforthespecifictypesofwatertoreducetheriskofcorrosion,sludgeprecipitationorformationofdepositswhichmayleadtoanydamageorotheroperatingproblems.NOTE2ThisPartofthisEuropeanStandardhasbeenpreparedontheassumptionthattheuserofthisEuropeanStandardpossessesasufficientknowledgeoftheconstructionandoperationoftheboileraswellasanadequateappreciationofwaterandsteamchemistry.
