【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverscold-rolled,high-carbonstripincoilsorcutlengths.Stripisclassifiedasproductthatis0.3000in.[7.6mm]orlessinthicknessandoverx00BD;to2315/16in.[12.5to600mm]inwidth,inclusive.Striptoleranceproductsmaybeavailableinwidthswiderthan2315/16in.(600mm)byagreementbetweenpurchaserandsupplier;however,suchproductsaretechnicallyclassifiedascold-rolledsheet.Themaximumofthespecifiedcarbonrangeisover0.25to1.35%,inclusive.Itisfurnishedinthefollowingtypesasspecified:1.1.1Softspheroidizedannealedhigh-carbonsteelisintendedforapplicationsrequiringmaximumcoldforming.ItisnormallyproducedtogivethelowestmaximumRockwellhardnessforeachgrade.1.1.2Softannealedhigh-carbonsteelisintendedforapplicationsrequiringmoderatecoldforming.ItisproducedtoamaximumRockwellhardness.1.1.3Intermediatehardnesshigh-carbonsteelisintendedforapplicationswherecoldformingisslightorastiff,springyproductisneeded,orboth.ItisproducedtospecifiedRockwellhardnessranges,themaximumbeinghigherthanobtainedfortheannealedtype.1.1.4Fullhardhigh-carbonsteelisintendedforflatapplications.ItisproducedtominimumRockwellhardnessrequirements,whichvarywithgrade,microstructureandgauge.Fullhardcanbeproducedwitheitherapearliticorspheroidizedmicrostructureoramixtureofboth.Theminimumhardnessshouldbeestablishedbetweentheconsumerandtheproducer.1.2Thisspecificationisapplicableforordersineitherinch-poundunitsorSIunits.1.3ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.
