【摘要】:Thistestmethodisusefulinqualityandcostcontrolduringmanufacture.Bothappearanceandperformanceofpileyarnfloorcoveringscanbeaffectedbythenumberofbindingsitesperlengthandwidth.Thistestmethodisconsideredsatisfactoryforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipmentsbecausecurrentestimatesofbetween-laboratoryprecisionareacceptableandthemethodisusedextensivelyinthetradeforacceptancetesting.5.2.1Iftherearedifferencesofpracticalsignificancebetweenreportedtestresultsfortwolaboratories(ormore),comparativetestsshouldbeperformedtodetermineifthereisstatisticalbiasbetweenthemusingcompetentstatisticalassistance.Asaminimum,usetestsamplesforsuchcomparativeteststhatareashomogeneousaspossible,drawnformthesamelotofmaterialasthesamplesthatresultedinthedisparateresultsduringinitialtesting,andthatarerandomlyassignedinequalnumberstoeachlaboratoryfortesting.Thetestresultsfromthelaboratoriesshouldbecomparedusingastatisticaltestforunpaireddataataprobabilitylevelchosenpriortothetestingseries.Ifabiasisfoundeitheritscausemustbefoundandcorrected,orfuturetestresultsforthatmaterialmustbeadjustedinconsiderationoftheknowbias.1.1Thistestmethoddescribesthemeasurementofthenumberofbindingsitesperunitlengthorwidthofmachine-made,woven,knitted,andtuftedpileyarnfloorcoveringbothbeforeandafteradhesivebackingapplication.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandardforallmeasurements.Theinch-poundvaluesprovidedareforinformationpurposesonly.1.3DeterminationofthenumberofbindingsitesperunitlengthorwidthofpilefloorcoveringpreviouslywascontainedwithinTestMethodsD418.Note1Foruserconvenience,SubcommitteeD13.21hassubdividedTestMethodD418intoseparatestandards,ofwhichthistestmethodisone.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisstandardcontainstheGermanversionoftheEuropeanStandardEN55012:2007+A1:2009andisidenticalwiththe6theditionoftheinternationalStandardIEC/CISPR12anditsAmendment1:2009.Itspecifieslimitsandmeasurementmethodsforbroad-andnarrowbandelectromagneticenergyinthefrequencyrange30MHzto1000MHzinordertoensuretheprotectionofreceiversforallkindofradiotransmissionsiftheyareusedinsideofbuildings.Theconsideredemissionsourcesarevehiclespropelledbyaninternalcombustionengine,electricalmeansorboth,boatspropelledbyaninternalcombustionengine,electricalmeansorbothanddevicesequippedwithspark-ignitedinternalcombustionengines.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoaircraft,tractionsystemsortoincompletevehicles.Thechangesinrelationtothepreviousstandardareconcernedwiththeinclusionofdeviceswithtractionbatteries,e.g.floorteatmentmachinesnotintendedforprivate(domestic)purposes.
