【摘要】:ThisdocumentspecifiesrequirementsforindirectinvestigationsofsoilbystandardpenetrationtestaspartofgeotechnicalinvestigationandtestingaccordingtoEN1997-1andEN1997-2tocomplimentdirectinvestigations(e.g.samplingaccordingtoprENISO22475-1).Thestandardpenetrationtestaimstodeterminetheresistanceofsoilsatthebaseofaboreholetothedynamicpenetrationofasplitbarrelsamplerandtherecoveringofdisturbedsamplesforidentificationpurposes(SPT).Ingravellysoilsandinsoftrocksasolidconeisalsobeused(SPT(C)).Thestandardpenetrationtestisusedmainlytoassessthestrengthanddeformationparametersofcohesionlesssoils,butsomevaluabledatamayalsobeobtainedinothersoiltypes.Thebasisofthetestconsistsindrivingasamplerbydroppingahammerof63,5kgmassontoananvilordriveheadfromaheightof760mm.Thenumberofblows(N)necessarytoachieveapenetrationofthesamplerof300mm(afteritspenetrationundergravityandbelowaseatingdrive)isthepenetrationresistance.
