【摘要】:ISO15531specifiesthecharacteristicsforarepresentationofmanufacturingmanagementinformationovertheentireindustrialprocess.Itprovidesthenecessarymechanismsanddefinitionstoenablemanufacturingmanagementdatatobesharedandexchangedwithinthefactory,withotherplantsorcompanies.Thestandardismainlyfocusedondiscretemanufacturingbutnotlimitedtoit.Itmayalsoapplytoanyindustrialprocessesthatdonotimplyanycontradictionorinconsistencywiththebasicprincipleofthestandard.ThefollowingarewithinthescopeofISO15531:—therepresentationofinformationneededtomanageproductionandresources;—theexchangeandsharingofproductioninformationandresourcesinformationincludingstoring,transferring,accessingandarchiving.EXAMPLEInformationonresourcesandsystemcapabilityandcapacity,monitoring,maintenance,constraintsandcontrolinformation.NOTEMaintenanceconstraintsandrelevantmaintenancemanagementdataaretakenintoaccountfromthepointofviewoftheirimpactontheflowcontrol.ThefollowingareoutsidethescopeofISO15531:—architectureandmethodologiesforthemodellingofanenterpriseinitswholeaswellastherelatedtools;—representationandexchangeofproductinformation;—representationandexchangeofcomputer-interpretablepartslibraryinformation;—representationofexchangeofcuttingtooldata;—technicalmaintenanceinformation.EXAMPLETechnicalinformationthatisincludedindevicesrepair,operationandmaintenancemanuals.MorespecificallythispartofISO15531givesanoverviewofthisInternationalStandardandofthemainprinciplesused.ItspecifiesthecharacteristicsofthevariousseriesofpartsinISO15531andtherelationshipsamongthem.ThefollowingarespecificallywithinthescopeofthispartofISO15531:—generaloverviewofthestandardandofthemainprinciplesused;—structureofthestandardandrelationshipsbetweenthethreeseriesofpartswhichthestandardismadeof;—definitionsoftermsusedthroughoutthisInternationalStandard.ThescopeofthispartincludesprovisionsofexplanationsaddressingthefollowingitemthatareissuedinAnnexB:—howthisstandardfitswithISO10303,withISO13584,andwithotherrelatedstandardisationworks;—theroleandusageofmanufacturingsystemsdataexchangeandhowthisstandardmaybeusedinconjunctionwithotherstandardstocontributetotheintegrationofmanufacturingapplications.ThescopeofeachoftheotherpartsofISO15531isdefinedwithintherelevantpartofeachseries.
